SPILL!!!!!

So, folks, this is a rough cut of the film I directed and acted in for Film Appreciation. It is titled Spill, and this version of the film doesn't have backing music or the stuff we are about to reshoot for the film. So, with a grain of salt, here's Spill:

Haunting a Ghost

Well, folks, I don't feel good today. Having some issues. It's been a shitty morning, no pun intended. It's absolutely terrible. Whatever.
The Spylacopa EP came out today, and it's amazing. 5 great tunes, 1 of which is an instrumental. Get it on iTunes. It'll make your day.

20 Eyes in My Head

Well, when I came out to my truck on Friday I noticed that someone had molested my passenger door. I'm sure that it looked like good fun, seeing that I park in no man's land, for away from ignorant drivers/vehicle exiters, and that seems like the perfect place for hit and run. Anyways, the door was attacked and no information was left on Beast (yes I named my truck Beast). So today when I was heading to Wal-Greens to not get helped, I was stopped in the parking lot by some stranger. This stranger informed me that her mother had attacked Beast AND that they even filed a police report, which I had failed to do as I was late getting to El Dog on Friday and didn't think that even making one would help. I mean, who calls the police and tells on themselves? Apparently, that lady. So, I'm getting my door fixed. Fan-fucking-tastic.

Blogger McBloggerson

I have checked Mark Z. Danielewski's House of Leaves out from the library here on campus 3 times now and can't get myself to read it. You can scan the novel and tell that it is going to be a massive undertaking to read and that lots of free time will be necessary, and free time isn't something that I have much of as of late. Maybe I'll take it on during Christmas Break. It's possible by then I'll have the fortitude to deal with that beast. Anyways. Shaba-laba-ding-dong.

Get This in Your Head, There'll Be No More

Die Hard 4 sucks.

No, Really....

I watched the non-sanctioned sequel to The Lost Boys, Lost Boys: The Tribe and it was dreadful. Granted, I didn't expect anything good to come from this film, but I can't even explain how bad it was. Even my Mom, who loves campy, terrible horror films, hated this movie. I can't tell you why it exists, but I can tell you that you should avoid it like leprosy.

Double Whammy

I beat Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Arcade Game in 27 minutes yesterday. I know that it may sound like I don't have much to do, but that's not the case. I just needed to get some aggression out on some of the Foot Clan to relieve the pressure. It's how I roll. I also roll with the Reese's Trees crowd. They kick the shit out of any other peanut butter chocolate treat. Fucking delicious. I should sneak some in whenever I go see the Bond movie this week.

On another note, you should go buy some new records. If you like dirty, rocking hardcore, then the new Black Ships full length is for you and is amazing. It's nice to see another Canadian band pick up the reigns where Cursed (RIP) left off. If you like ambient, slow, prodding post metal, then go buy the Jesu/Battle of Mice split. It's my second favorite release of the year, Torche's Meanderthal is first. Also good is the Gods and Queens 10"+CD release. The s/t release is one part My Bloody Valentine, one part Quicksand and two parts Unwound. It's really hitting the spot for me. And if you just want a good time, go get The Bronx's third self-titled record. It's a dizzying blow to a dead scene.

Inaugral Voyage

Well folks, this is where I will be posting the nonsense that flows through my mind on a daily basis. I have lots of crazy stories. Some might even make it here. There's even a possibility that you were involved in those events in some way. What a way for all 13 of you out there to be immortalized, though no one will read it I'm sure. So, whatever. Here goes.
